Responsible for the day to day operations and management of the retail store. Meet customer’s needs, coordinates sales of merchandising of products. Manage schedules, plan, monitor, and maximize retail budgets and product inventory (purchasing and sales). Oversee operation at the retail location.

Part-time Liquor Store Clerk
Aitkin Municipal Liquor Store
The City of Aitkin is seeking applications for a Liquor Store Clerk at the City of Aitkin Municipal Liquor Store (Off-Sale) to work +/- 16 hours per week. This person will perform intermediate administrative support work providing customer service to Liquor Store patrons and related work as assigned. Starting wage is $11.59 per hour.
Benefits and Compensation:
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Starting Wage: $11.59 per hour
Hours: 16 +/- hours per week

Domestic Violence Advocate
HOPE (Healing Opportunity Provided Equally)
Organizational Overview:
Healing Opportunity Provided Equally) works to end violence and provide safety through direct services, education, and advocacy to all people experiencing domestic violence.
-Provide general & legal DV advocacy services
-Assist clients in crisis situations
-Safety planning
-Accompany clients to court and provide guidance
-Data entry and coding of all case contacts
-Provide outreach & community education
-Attend meetings and trainings as relevant and beneficial
-Participate in staff meetings
-Completion of 40 hr advocacy training (within 90 days)
-Other duties established by Executive Director
-Must be at least 21 years of age.
-Must be able to maintain confidentiality and abide by ethical behavior.
-Must be self-motivated person able to work in a team atmosphere and also with minimal supervision.
-Sensitivity and knowledge of domestic violence.
-Basic computer skills desirable; Word, Excel, Access
-Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
-Committed to providing supportive services to clients experiencing domestic violence.
-Detail orientated and takes pride in work.
-Equipped to professionally handle working in high-stress situations with trauma on a daily basis.
-Dependable, Punctual, and solid attendance!
-Able to be a team player and contribute equally.
 Job Requirements:
-2 years of Advocacy/human service related experience and/or education.
-Must be at least 21 years of age
